Rules & Guidelines

Shoe-Free Studio – Kindly remove your shoes before entering the recording space to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Note: The studio is located on the first floor. Please plan accordingly.
Booking Policy – All bookings are subject to availability and are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Studio Rates – Rates depend on several factors, including:
- Type of track to be recorded
- Number of tracks
- Number of singers and musicians
- Instruments to be used
- Whether it’s a multi-track recording or a single live take
- Additional services like mixing and mastering
- Quotation will be issued only after watching a rehearsal with the whole band. A small video footage is much appreciated for planning and estimating purposes.
Mastering Fee – Mastering is a separate service and will be charged in addition to the recording session.
Payment Policy – A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining amount must be paid before the session begins. Payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling – Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Food & Beverages – Artists must arrange their own food if their session coincides with lunch or dinner hours.
- During lunch or dinner time, no one is allowed to stay inside the studio. Please respect this break time for hygiene and reset purposes.
Hygiene & Cleanliness – Please maintain proper hygiene and ensure the studio remains clean and organized at all times.
Instruments & Equipment – Artists must bring their own instruments and any special pickup microphones required for their recording.
Chorus Recording – The studio can accommodate up to 7 singers at one time for chorus recording.
Punctuality – Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will still be charged from the booked start time.
Respect the Space – Handle all studio equipment with care. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the artist.
No Unauthorized Guests – Only booked artists and essential crew members are allowed in the recording area.
Studio Etiquette – Please maintain a professional and respectful attitude. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and the session may be terminated without a refund.
Mobile Phones – Keep phones on silent mode during recording sessions to avoid disturbances.
